iNARTE認(rèn)證ESD工程師2022年招考簡(jiǎn)章 一、iNARTE簡(jiǎn)介 iNARTE (International Association for Radio, Telecommunications and Electromagnetics) isdeveloped by the National Association of Radio and Telecommunications Engineers to an international certification organization. iNARTE(國(guó)際無線電與電信工程師協(xié)會(huì))是由原美國(guó)無線電與電信工程師協(xié)會(huì)(National Associationof Radio and Telecommunications Engineers)發(fā)展成為國(guó)際的認(rèn)證組織. NARTE was the United States National Association of Radio and Telecommunications Engineers which was found in 1982. It was a non-profit certification organization for professional engineers and technicians of EMC, ESD, telecommunications, product safety and other areas. In 1994, ESD Association selected NARTE to implement and execute certificate for ESD engineers and technicians. In 2007, NARTE set up test centers all around the world, and renamed as iNARTE. As an objective third party certification body, NARTEdeveloped an evaluation process based not only on examination, but real world skills and workexperience. NARTE成立于1982年是FCC人員認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)。作為第三方認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)，NARTE的認(rèn)證評(píng)估絕不僅僅依據(jù)考試，而是將實(shí)際的技能和工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)作為重要的評(píng)價(jià)因素。 Early in 1994, the Electrostatic Discharge Control (ESD) Association teamed with NARTE to implement and administer ESD certification for engineers and technicians. This certification is forengineers and technicians whose training and experience have primarily focused on problems,engineering design and corrective measures associated with minimizing or eliminating electrostaticdischarge. 1994年初，ESDA與NARTE合作推出了ESD工程師和技師的認(rèn)證項(xiàng)目。該認(rèn)證主要針對(duì)經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)并擁有經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并專注于ESD問題、工程設(shè)計(jì)和檢測(cè)等工作，以減少和避免ESD損害的工程師和技師。 In 2007 the NARTE name was changed to iNARTE to recognize our growing global membership.The purpose of the ESD Credential Certification Program is to foster technical "excellence" in ESDengineering. This approach establishes technical competency criteria for ESD and enforces thesecriteria for technical personnel. The program benefits the individual engineer, the technician andthe ESD community as a whole by establishing a standard of excellence in ESD engineering thatwill endure and extend across the boundaries of private and government agencies.隨著全球的會(huì)員人數(shù)的增加，2007年NARTE更名為iNARTE。ESD認(rèn)證項(xiàng)目的主要目的是培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的ESD工程技術(shù)人員。此方式同時(shí)也為ESD技術(shù)人員建立了技術(shù)資格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。項(xiàng)目通過建立超越個(gè)人和政府局限性的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，讓ESD工程師、技師以及ESD社團(tuán)在技術(shù)領(lǐng)域中發(fā)展，并最終受益。 三、ESD ENGINEER Certification Criteria ESD工程師認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
1. Complete the Exam Registration online and submit the non-refundable examination fee for the requested examination. 通過網(wǎng)上注冊(cè)和考試（中國(guó)區(qū)為線下考試），繳納考試和申請(qǐng)費(fèi)。費(fèi)用繳納后不能退還。 2. Submission of the application form implies agreement to adhere to the NARTE Code of Ethics. 遵從申請(qǐng)表中的承諾，恪守iNARTE品行守則。 3. Provide specific record of nine years or more of experience in engineering work. Provide an up-to-date resume or complete the ESD Detailed Work History Form section. 提供9年以上的工程工作經(jīng)歷的記錄、最新的簡(jiǎn)歷或詳細(xì)的ESD工作履歷表 a. Graduation from an iNARTE-approved engineering curriculum of four years shall be considered equivalent to four years of such required experience. iNARTE承認(rèn)的4年工科專業(yè)本科畢業(yè)可以等同4工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 b. The satisfactory completion of each year of such an approved engineering curriculum shall be considered equivalent to a year of such required experience. 每完成一年承認(rèn)工科專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)，可等同一年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 c. Graduation in a physical science curriculum other than engineering will be evaluated by iNARTE. 工科以外的物理學(xué)科畢業(yè)須經(jīng)過INARTE評(píng)估后再計(jì)算工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 d. Graduation from a college with a BSET in Engineering Technology (BSET) shall be considered as equivalent to two years of such required experience. 工科專業(yè)的大專學(xué)歷可視為2年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 e. Graduation in a curriculum other than engineering or physical science will be evaluated by iNARTE. 物理學(xué)科或工科以外的專業(yè)畢業(yè)須經(jīng)過INARTE評(píng)估后再計(jì)算工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 f. Postgraduate study in engineering may be given credit up to one year. 工科研究生可視為1年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) g. Teaching: Engineering teaching of a character satisfactory to iNARTE shall be considered as experience not in excess of two years. 符合INARTE要求的工科專業(yè)教師可視為不超過2年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) h. No more than 5 years’ experience credit will be allowed for education and/or teaching as outlined above. The mere execution or the supervision of construction of such work as a foreman, first line supervisor or superintendent shall not be deemed to be the practice of engineering. 以上教育及教師因素計(jì)算的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)不能超過5年，僅僅從事決策和管理不能計(jì)算ESD工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 4. Provide evidence of education and training. Official school transcripts are required. Photocopies of applicable training certificates may be submitted. 提供教育和培訓(xùn)的證據(jù)（證書等）。學(xué)校正式成績(jī)單、培訓(xùn)證書的復(fù)印件 5. References: Using the iNARTE reference section, submit a minimum of 1 supervisory reference and 2 additional references each supporting character and competency as an ESD Engineer. Reference section must be signed and forwarded directly to iNARTE. 推薦信：至少1名主管推薦信，2名同行能夠證明具有ESD工程師品格和能力的推薦信。信件按照iNARTE的參考表格填寫，經(jīng)過正式簽名后直接寄給iNARTE。 6.
